When inspiration strikes, be ready to dive in! And boy, did we ever. We are so proud of one of our recent "Chance" recipients; or shall we say, we are so proud of PUBLISHED AUTHOR, Karlayna Platt!!!
Karlayna’s personal journey combined with her passion for helping others turned what started as a school project, into an inspiring story of empowering children with dyslexia.
Karlayna’s book, “Inspire Your Power: An inspirational journal of love and joy for kids with dyslexia” was written to fill children with endless HOPE, LOVE and JOY!
Diagnosed at a young age, Karlayna understands the challenges and frustrations that children face with dyslexia. She wants children to know that they are not alone and help them discover their many gifts and talents.
Standing side by side with Karlayna throughout this project was a privilege and an honor! She’s also blessed Chance to Soar with the financial proceeds from her book. Talk about paying it forward to others!
